OUR BLOCKCHAIN
MDDN Coin
MDDN is the project’s own crypto and is considered as a utility token.
Participate in our blockchain by staking or setting up your own masternode and get passive income (MDDN coins). You can use MDDN as a payment method in all our services: Study at the academy, buy products in the store, pay for your hosting
services, among others. In addition, we offer great discounts to users who make their payments with MDDN.
Staking function
The staking operator is an individual who decides to put their electronic wallet (wallet) at the service of the blockchain, keeping it running 24/7 and offering their available coins as collateral in case of incorrect behaviour. This electronic wallet will collect all the transactions made in the cryptocurrency that operates on the blockchain (Modden coin in this case) and will prepare them in a package of transactions to be registered in the blockchain. In short, a staking operator is a “colletor” of transactions that group them into packages to later be registered. For more information see section 9.3. of our white paper.
Masternodes
The second element that makes it possible to guarantee the correct functioning of the
blockchain (and its consensus) is the masternode operator.
To obtain masternode operator status, three components are required: a wallet, a maximum availability computer equipment and an X number of coins. In this case, the masternode operator must have a wallet where their coins will be blocked, as a guarantee in case of bad behaviour (lack of availability, failure to perform their tasks, attempted fraud) towards the network.
For more information see section 9.3. of our white paper.
